This past year has been amazing! I never considered myself an athlete. I was always ‘fit’, but never this fit. (You can be thin and still be out of shape...). So when it comes to fitness, I have no special talents... Just an insatiable curiosity to learn about this amazing gift we have called our bodies.

Great morning glutes and hamstrings routine! by @carolinejfitness⠀ * First exercise: Romanian deadlifts are an excellent hamstring stretch that utilizes the glutes for balance, stabilization, and contraction (especially in that squeeze at the top!
* Second exercise: single leg hamstring ball rolls are a great stabilization exercise that uses a LOT of core strength and really kills your hamstrings.
* Third exercise: cable kickbacks are one of my favorite glute mass builders. Go heavy and hold the squeeze at the top!

First workout done that I came up with by myself!! Back and biceps are sore and it feels so good!! 💪 •


Making up your own workout can be intimidating. Especially when you are putting it out there for everyone to see. •

Fitness is about your mind and your body. Most of the time you see people post things about how they have ripped muscles but what are they thinking about themselves?? That’s what this whole account is about! Mentally being in a place to make yourself feel amazing 😉 •

10-12x wide grip lateral pull down
10-12x reverse grip lateral pull down
10-12x bent over rows
10-12x straight arm pull down
CARDIO: treadmill — sprint 15 seconds, rest 10 seconds
7-8x cable bicep curls
7-8x hammer curls (7-8 each arm)
7-8x alternating bicep curls (7-8 each arm)
CARDIO: kettle bell swing — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off •
