I truly believe this and has been quite the experience training for the Verdun triathlon this summer.
Running has never been my forte due to constant hip, knee and back pain due to a car accident I had in 2014 BUT I have been training hard these last 3 years recently since end of 2016 lifting heavy, following the right technique and getting stronger !!! Looking forward to the race and to raise funds for mental health initiatives with the Douglas Institute Foundation and with @fitmindandbodyinitiative. I have truly enjoyed training teams for this and running every week with them. The energy has been CONTAGIOUS!!! What an inspiration they ALL are!!! And what a wonderful initiative by the Douglas Mental Health Institute where I work to get everyone involved and take part of an event towards a great cause! Mental health matters! Exercise helps!
