I'M BAAAACK!!!! And so is my back! 💪 Working at it every day!!!! Working on that core to keep everything strong and my mind also! Last few days have not been easy at work.... I have to admit it. Trying to break a new record.....well my husband louis and also my coach @kylelesperance said to me: "Shere u can't break a record every week !!!" Just keep on trying... The problem is....that it GETS to me!!!!!! It shouldnt but it does....So had to "walk it off" & focus on something else...This type of training is so mental so incredibly challenging and also in my case encourages discipline and determination that I apply in other areas of my life. I can't get enough of it ! helps me stay focused and foremost do better EVERY time. So I always suggest FIND something that it's NOT easy. FIND the one thing that u enjoy and also Challenges you. Some days u can't lift or train as u may wish BUT still go strong full force at it!!!!; do your best and keep on trying. When u reach your goal it does not end there. Remember that life does not end by reaching a goal BUT by making many along the way every time : obstacles, successful stories, joy; laughter, love and sorrow , taking risks, making sacrifices and the feeling of making it happen it's all part of the path to living it ALL. I believe that we are here on earth for a reason to live and experience it all and learn from every experience. PUSH UPS. As you can see on this video the coaching is KEY because it's hard to remind ourselves of the importance of keeping those hips and lower back up and off the ground. Focusing on the right form for a push up: It's a full body exercise not just for chest. Hips on straight line not down; not too high. No curving of the back; everything stays flat as one goes down. Had a tough week. Some lower back pain; upper back + neck + arms+ shoulder pain that started on Monday..... Nothing serious but in pain& stiff. Needed my body to rest; stretch and focus on light training. Getting the support and always coaching helped to get myself back into regular training and eventually back to teaching cycling on Friday and Saturday. This session was all about upperbody. I did feel weak doing pushups but was needed. As you can see on this video the coaching was KEY because it's hard to remind ourselves of the importance of keeping those hips and lower back up and off the ground.
