☑️ Hoy se entrenó pecho-espalda para ir terminando la semana. No olvides organizar tu entrenamiento entregándole diferentes estímulos a tu musculatura, a través de distintos rangos de repeticiones, series, ángulos de ejecución y combinando ejercicios multiarticulares y aislados. Arma tu programa de entrenamiento siempre teniendo como piedra angular las cargas progresivas y una periodización viable en el largo plazo. Haz un esfuerzo inteligente, no te revientes sin un objetivo claro y no llegues al fallo en cada una de tus series, deja una o dos de reserva. Así avanzarás sin que tu SNC se estrese en exceso. Preocúpate de las sensaciones subjetivas, como la tensión, la vascularización y el "ardor" en la musculatura, ya que muchas veces realizas un ejercicio pero no estás recibiendo el estímulo que debieses con esa ejecución. Por ejemplo si haces un Press de Banco Plano, debes sentir el punch mayormente en el pecho, seguidos por el triceps y deltoides anterior. Pero si te duelen los biceps o más los triceps que el pecho es porque algo está fallando en la ejecución.

I just completed 4 weeks of Intermittent Fasting.
These is how my experience was: ✳️Week 1: 12 to 8 feeding window. Felt good, my body would go in and out of waves of energy. Super bloated from high volume of food.
✳️Week 2: 12 to 8 feeding window. Worst week, body was getting exhausted in the morning.. But stuck to it. my first experience of HANGRY (LOL ) still feeling bloated from meals. ❎Week 3: changed feeding window to 10-6. Dropped my caffeine intake to 1 cup. The 2nd cup was raising my insulin therefore giving me a crash. Feeling much better with energy, stomach adapted to higher volume of food in one sitting. ❎Week 4 alternating from 10-6, to 12-8 feeding window. However making sure I am Fasting for 16 hours. Tried my first 20 hour fast, and 4 hour feeding. Energy is at its best!

I am SUPER stoked about the results. My main reason for doing it was for joint health. I was still having mild knee and hip pain that I wanted to get rid of. And well IF( Intermittent Fasting) did just that! I would say I am 99% pain free! I am pretty sure that's why my booty gains have been going well! My hips and knees can handle more therefor more volume, more muscle breakdown,and more booty growth.
I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to Improve joint pain, and stimulate muscle growth! Just make sure you stick to the same macros. It's easy to under eat.
I will be doing a 24 hour fast for the first time starting tonight at 6pm!

I used this @grizzly.fitness belt for the first time @vasafitness in Utah and it is an AWESOME change from the ole leather ones I have been using for years.
