Here is a perfect example of things I probably shouldn't do...
1)Try a new workout program without watching the friendly "how to do the moves" video first
2) I recorded it
Oh well, at this stage of the game I'm just going to go for it! Any expert in anything was once a beginner and I'll have these moves down in no time!
I wanted to start a high intensity low impact program and Turbo Fire delivered. Today I tried it out, I loved it and tomorrow will be day 1/30 👊🏼💪🏼
