Here's a leg day triset you've got to do👊🏽1️⃣ Sumo Deadlifts- 4x12 2️⃣ Side Lunges- 4x15 3️⃣ Calf Raises- 4x15 🍑 So, I am 100% aware that the form on my deadlifts is not A1 currently because I haven't done them in so long😭 I struggle with keeping my hips down on the sumo version cause LongLegProbs . But anyways, they weren't as awful as I thought they'd be but I have to start getting back into them because that booty squeeze at the top is errythang🙌🏽 for the side lunges I kind of showed you how you want your form to look on that last part. As you can see from the side angle, your knees shouldn't go over your toes🙅🏽 and your toe should be pointing out at an angle, you want to push your butt back and lean forward enough so you're feeling it in your glutes(hits the side really well!) With calf raises, focus on being slow and controlled-no bouncing! I used 95 pounds here and just got the full extension from the bottom to the top. If you lose balance(me all the time) just get back on there-I personally like using a wood block or something sturdier because the plastic bends with the weight.
