Back attack today 🤙🏼 my favorite day of the week tbh, and I’ve missed it since I started increasing my leg days.
1️⃣. Warm up with 3x20 rows with lightweight rows.
2️⃣. 3x12 facepulls.
3️⃣. Seated wide grip rows. I like this variation because it focuses me to think about using a different part of my back than I’m used to when I do seated close/grip.
4️⃣. Seated single-arm cable pulls for 4x15. You can seriously feel the stretch in this one. 🙏🏼 s/o to @_jennifer_padgett_ for filming me today and not getting any heavy breathing in the clips!!!
