😬 While I was out in Montreal this past weekend, we had the opportunity to train at one of the sickest gyms called Fit for Life. It had some old school machines, leg extensions lined up in 4's (these had amazing tension at the top of the movement, it felt way too good, but hurt so bad at the same time haha) 😩.
💪🏿Here's a clip of my shoulder workout I did out there, got to use the lateral raise machine.. it was definitely one of my favourites 👌🏿.

Last year I got into a car accident triggering bells palsy. I wasnt able to workout or work or even rap! I gained 42 pounds between August & November , I was borderline diabetic (which runs in my family) I was depressed and completely unhealthy.....this can happen to anyone at any age. 2017 I linked up with @fitlife_antwane @fitlife_silvia to help me regain my health and stay fit! I went from 226lbs to 207lbs & it's just the beginning! #allrepsmatter #fitlifeathletics #sohelpme #prayup

Appreciation Tuesdays. I met Antwane a few years back and his focus and determination in his craft to be a leader in men's body physique and health has inspired me to be better. Although I wanted to see better numbers with my squat and bench, I need to relax, since It's been a couple weeks since I've lifted heavy.. It was reassuring to know I hit a PR lol. -

Damn my body has come a long ways. I did not look like this a year ago. I was definitely not as strong a year ago. I've gained 14 pounds since I started working out about a year and a half ago. I've changed my diet by cutting out fried food, sodas, candy and drinking alcohol. I don't eat the healthiest all the time but I try to. I don't go out and party like I used to back in the day. I rarely ever drink alcohol now. I work out 5-6 times a week. People don't realize that this is a change of a lifestyle. I am so glad I did change my eating habits and don't go out drinking because I want to take care of my body. I want to get stronger. I want to be healthy and live as long as I can to be able to enjoy life better. I had to learn the hard way by losing a dad who didn't take care of his health...he had so many medical bills because of his diabetes, which later led to kidney failure then dialysis. I had to learn the worst way but I've learned a lot from this experience. I don't want to have to be in debt because I didn't take care of myself. Take care of your body so you can be there for your future kids weddings, seeing your grand kids... stuff like that. Do the best you can... I'm trying to. I have goals. And I will succeed. Don't only think about yourself, think about others that will be impacted later on in the future...
