I had to take 10 days off from training/sweating after my first microblading session with @awonbrows (contact her for to get your brows did!!🙆🏻‍♀️), but I rebelled against Angels wishes 🤭 and trained.. I made sure not to work myself too hard since sweating causes the pigment to push out!

Me: uhhh I can’t start the program until next week.
Walter: why..
Me: I got my brows did and can’t sweat.
Water: *looks at my brows... ok gauge your RPE with the level of sweat that drips from your forehead. Stop before it touches your brow cause that would be an RPE of 10... 😂😂😂😂.

A picture is worth a thousand words but in @dave_yu20 case, it’s worth a lot of hard work, consistency, patience, proper nutrition, training with us 4x a week, proper posing, strength, and absolute 🔥.

🔥 Posing is such an integral part of competing. What is the point of working weeks on weeks to attain that body if you can’t show it off properly on stage? -
Dave has been training 1-on-1 with and it has made all the difference. Although Dave has been training for years, we had to focus on correcting form! It has been 8 months of training between the two photos. We’ve been able to put on mass and now we are 🔪’ing down! 5 weeks out!!! Let’s keep going Dave 🔥🔥🔥🦁🦁🦁!

One thing I know about body building at my young age is that you can't cheat it and you can't lie about "working hard". When you step out on the stage your body is a representation, of your mental, emotional, and physical strength, which equals "killer instinct, kill or be killed". That deep energy you can call on when you need it😈💪🏿 That is what separates the men from the boys. Pro level to amateur level.

8 weeks out and we are in full gear. Here's a little clip from hamstring day. I just started combining these two exercises and I have notice a different🙂

Ham curls on the glute developer; keep the focus more on bending your knee (flexion of the knee) rather then bending from your lower back.
On the leg press place your feet high on the plate form, focus on loading your glutes and hamstring, and DO NOT go fast, or the load will go straight to the quads.
