Finally matching and not looking like a hot dog vendor 😂!

Part of my great experience out in Vancouver was shooting with @light.shadow.photo again at @westcoastiron gym.
Originally we planned on shooting outside but @westcoastiron was offering the athletes to use the gym for photoshoots! I couldn’t let that pass at such a well equip facility.
Thanks to @westcoastiron gym again for the hospitality and @light.shadow.photo for getting wicked shots of me🔥. Can’t wait to share them with y’all 👊🏾.

There’s two years between the left and right photos.I started my fitness journey January of 2017 as a New Years resolution, hoping that I could make this attempt stick. I started meal prepping and going to the gym 6 days a week.
I thought that eating less carbs and doing extra cardio was the only way. In the first year I lost 47 pounds on my own but I wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted. In January 2018 I started with @fitlifeathletics, when Silvia told me I needed to eat more and only train 5 days a week I was ecstatic!

When I started my journey I wanted to do everything on my own. If i could give my past self advice I would have started with Fitlife sooner. A second pair of eyes is so important, having someone who’s educated makes for a safer and smoother process.
Never did imagine that I would gain the mobility and strength that I have in the past 6 months, all while doing something that I love. I couldn’t ask for a more supportive and loving coach pushes me to be the best version of myself! I can’t wait for what the future holds with my Fitfam! “Passion fuels purpose”

Get back on plan, prep those meals and recommit to your goals. We understand that the summer☀️ can we tough with staying “on point”. The best advice we can give is:
1️⃣ drink water like it’s your job
2️⃣ plan every outside meal
3️⃣ don’t make up for overeating by NOT eating
4️⃣ remind yourself how far you’ve come
5️⃣ move and get yo’ sweat on! Swim, go on bike rides, babysit come active kids 😂

Each photo is 5 months apart.. ain’t that crazy?!The work she put in to gain more muscle in her upper body while leaning the legs out from 140lbs (middle picture) to show day, 117lbs was just amazing! @karynmorra1 is definition of a coachable client. Stays in communication, follows her customized programs, asks questions, follows directions and puts in the work necessary to reach her goals! She had re-feed meals 4 weeks out, then 1 week before her competition, along with some 🍷 👌🏽.. that’s when you know you’re on POINT! We can’t wait to see what package she brings in the next 5 weeks. Goal is to change up the posing, tighten up her legs a bit more and get more of that sass outta her 💁🏻‍♀️💃🏼. Karyn, you are a gem 💎... your hard work inspires all of us! Keep grinding! ⚙️⚙️⚙️.

🔥This woman did so awesome!! She placed 4th in open bikini B (a big line up). Actually, in prejudging it looked like she was going to place 5th, but SHE WAS MOVED!! This rarely happens, but it seemed like the lovely judges were deliberating quite a bit for higher placing which we were happy about. She came in tighter at the night show after a strict protocol that involved burgers, fries, wine and candy 🤗🍷 🍭. We’re all so, so proud of you Karyn! She’s made so much progress from her first show to her second show - bigger delts, back was more developed, glutes were more built, legs trimmed down! 💎 Bodybuilding is a beautiful thing. #OttawaClassic on to the next - Barrie 5 weeks out!!! @karynmorra1 @sandramorra @canadianphysiquealliance #bikinicompetitor #canadianphysiquealliance
