DB front squat- Doing DB front squats as the second exercise in a compound set. Heels elevated on the board, increasing my range of motion! Going for 20 explosive fast paced reps!
DB front squats are much easier for me than a regular front squat. I'm able to hold the weight easier, letting me focus more on the muscle being worked rather than stabilizing the bar!
