My whole journey has been about self acceptance. For a long time i disliked who i saw in the mirror i wanted to be anyone but me and all i was worried about was what people thought of me.
I used to say to myself if i could just be smaller my life would be so much better. That reality was just dangerous and had me on a slippery sloe to nowhere fast.
Whilst the physical changes have done wonders for my fitness and health they are not what have improved my mental attitude towards life. That was all me and accepting that big or small i have always been the same person with the same soul. Forever a work in progress i no longer want to be "small" whatever that means. Give me muscles, curves, being strong and healthy anyday. I train now because i love it and not myself its no longer a hated chore.
