⚠️315 LBS GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!✅ @1stphorm CEO @andyfrisella encourages our squad to encourage others ! Recently I posted a video of me attempting to bench 315 after a long grueling workout and failing ! I got a lot of criticism and comment bullying from people attempting to make fun of me for this when the point of the video was to show everyone that I wasn't perfect and that some days just like everyone else I attempt things and fail!
The comments didn't really bother me bc I'm a WINNER but they made me think about all the other people that get bullied verbally or in some sort of manner daily !
So today I lifted that 315 LBS not just for myself BUT to encourage others to not worry about BULLIES ! Instead set goals put in the work so you can achieve those goals and shut them up ! Do you ever feel like you're not growing muscle no matter how much you workout? 🤔 I did for a long time🙋🏽...but then I learned to eat A LOT (healthy, but a lot) I've actually always been really athletic and loved sports since I was little but had absolutely no curves🤷🏽♀️ but after learning to really eat ( which was a real struggle at first 😫)... I started seeing result 🙏🍑 So ladies when lifting heavy remember to also eat heavy! This will lead to amazing results 🤗 . And yes I wrote this while sitting at a Thai buffet making some new gains 😝🍗
Everyone L🍩VES Sunday Morning Donuts! 💗 Especially when they're fresh & pretty in pink 🎀 Donut tell the fam they're healthy! 😏😋 Makes 10 donuts! * 1/2 cup chocolate @Tone It Up Protein (available at @Target!!! 🎯 And on My.ToneItUp.com 🤗 * 1/2 cup almond meal * 1/2 tsp. baking soda * 1/2 tsp. baking powder * 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder * 1/4 cup maple syrup * 2 Tbsp. coconut oil * 1/4 cup egg whites * 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk * 1/4 cup greek yogurt * 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional) coconut oil spray Donut Directions STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees STEP 2: In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir to combine. STEP 3: Add the wet ingredients and optional dark chocolate chips to the bowl and mix until combined. STEP 4: Spray donut tins with coconut oil and scoop batter into each one. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with coconut frosting mixed with crushed raspberries & pink sprinkles or peanut butter drizzle! Enjoy babes!!! 👯 Xxxo K&K
Hit your back and biceps extra hard with a supinated (palms up) barbell row. 〰 Keeping good lower body position will also give your hamstrings, lower back, and abs some work. 〰 Make sure you control the pace, and keep the hinged position the whole time. 〰 Try 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps to really hit your back and arms.
