Member guys... we can fight up to 5 times in one week and have to weigh in every morning of competition on weight. Dehydrating too much isn't really an option, we gotta lose real weight.

Really beautiful Japanese Park in Rizal Park!👌 There is a lot of fish 🐠 I was surprised at how fish react to humans 😯 They can see a person for 20 metre and immediately float to beg for different goodies 😂

Deadlifting this morning with @ptadammaddison working technique whilst lifting heavy. Worked upto 4 plates for a single but trying keep form good before dropping back down to 160kg for 4 x 3 with no belt. Little shift forward after engaging last which I still need to work on but definite improvements made 💪 #deadlift #lifting

Got beat? - Good.... You learned. .
Unexpected problems? - Good.... We have the opportunity to figure out a solution.

That's it. When things are going bad, don't get all bummed out, don't get startled, don't get frustrated.... No.

You just look at the issue and you say "Good". Focus on the good. Take that issue, take that problem, and make it something good. It'll bring that attitude to your team too! You go forward. .
If you can say the word 'Good', guess what....it means you're still alive. It means you're still breathing. And if you're still breathing, well then you still got some fight left in you.
