What's your reason?

It's something that we all need to figure out. Staying on the topic of exercising/bodybuilding/athletics...I've been an athlete my entire life. I can honestly say that I whole-heartedly enjoy training. Whether it be (currently) baseball or weight-lifting, I enjoy the grind.
There is something about pushing yourself past what you thought you could do that creates an obsession for me and I find that exercising/athletics is the best way to test those limits. It truly is you vs. you. Sometimes the hardest part of this whole thing is battling yourself. Understand that it's just part of it and enjoy the control that you have over how you let that effect you.
Find your reason and let that reason fuel your obsession. Hope everyone is having a fantastic week!

My usual boring lunch. Last week and this week have been rough. Finally moved and now trying to clean up and organize the new place. This meant no gym last week and didn’t go this week so far either. My diet has been crap. Had ALL the carbs. Back to it today. Diet, tracking and packed my gym stuff. Gained some water weight in this last week and a half. Up to 146 lbs 😩

Problem to balance cable flys? No problem! Here is a amazing fix i use myself when i do flys that i use bench to stable me and keep my balance right to put all focus on the chest instead. ♦️ Cable flys with bench
♦️ 4-set
♦️ 15/20-rep
♦️ 30 sec rest period between set
