Why I post this progress again? Because the picture on the right perfectly shows what I think about BBG. Lots of you asked about my BBG experience and as I have been doing it for 2 years, I finally share my review. This is only MY personal opinion based on what I have achieved and learnt. When I started BBG, my goal was to get back in shape, to get rid of my cellulite and get stronger and healthier. I didn't see much progress over first 12 weeks but I was patient and kept on fighting. The main progress happened over 3 months last year when I was eating clean and working out almost every day. I was doing 3 resistance sessions a week and I increased my LISS (cardio) sessions to 5-6 times a week. Why I say the picture on the right is what I think about BBG? Because this is how I looked at my leanest. I believe you can loose weight and get leaner with BBG. But I do not believe you can make lots of gains. If you want a big butt, lift heavy or at least combine BBG with lifting. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean you can't have a nice booty doing BBG because to be honest I was very happy with mine at the time the picture on the right was taken and I still am. Yes, you get stronger doing BBG because you keep on exercising and your body get used to it and makes progress. You can see some muscle definition and if this is what you want, that's great but to build strong legs and lower body, you have to lift heavy. ABS? I think BBG is a great plan to show your muscle definition in this area but it will not build ABS, I will keep on repeating "ABS are made in the kitchen". If you don't have your eating on point, you will not see ABS despite doing BBG everyday. In general, I do recommend BBG if you want to loose weight, get leaner, get some muscle definition and in general feel better, healthier and stronger. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. But if your goal is to gain, you should definitely start lifting. I still come back to BBG because, let's be honest, Week 9 Legs always kicks my ass but as I love challenges and my goals evolved with my fitness journey, I jumped into lifting and I can't get enough of it ♥️ #transformationtuesday #bbg
