My fav flashback Friday pic! Apologies to those of you who have seen The pic before! But for those of you who haven't this is for you, I used to fear my body would be "gross" after having babies , I remember the weight piling on and gaining around 5stone, having twins every one told me it wasn't bad just baby weight! But the weight remained after I gave birth I was still over weight had a saggy kangaroo pouch and hated my body after I gave birth - during my c section I lost over 1.5litres of blood and suffered with panic attacks after thinking I was going to die! The doctor told me it was fight or flight and my body had given up the fight leading to severe post natal depression and anxiety! Nearly 3years on my twins are about to turn 3 and I am happy again! My body isn't a body of a model but it's a body I'm learning to love and working hard on every day to look better! @proteindynamix have and still do continue to help me with my fitness journey! I recently switched to the dynapro lean and absolutely love the results! πŸ’‹

Was really hesitant hitting this cuhs my squat kinda fell off for 2 weeks (long time I know) but I HAVE been hitting my macmacs so the weight felt surprisingly easy. Also I feel like I've finally found a good rhythm for squats-- I make sure to keep my head in a neutral position, even maybe looking a bit downwards. It helps to keep my back straight and not make my lower back/tailbone feel like it's about to pop πŸ™‚ #mannymethod @manny_trelles

πŸ₯—πŸ”₯ what you put in your body really does have an impact on your results. I'd like to say that I've stayed on track eating wise but I'd be lying. I'm making a huge change to my work life so that I can manage my time better and focus on my meal prepping and goals even more. One thing I need to understand is that it's ok to treat yourself but when you want to change your body you must educate yourself as to what different foods do for your body. No salad isn't chocolate or candy or sugary but boy is it sweet to eat something and not regret what you will feel like later because you know your body will prosper from your healthy choices. πŸ₯—
