Intervals on a treadmill are mild torture for me. Intervals running stairs up from the fountain during a walk in the park does not suck. It's one of my favorite cardio workouts. Sprint up, slowly jog down. Repeat 20 times and feel the burn. Got this in before the rain hit today. Also a great place for people watching (notice the love in the circle on the left!) What's your fave cardio workout?

This exercise is amazing for the latissimus dorsi and you get an great contraction from this exercise. I touch my lats to make sure I am squeezing them

How to do single arm pullovers❓

1️⃣ Grab the bar with overhand grip and position yourself as you were doing a tricep pushdown.
2️⃣ Slowly lower the pulley down as shown in video. Raise the cable up.
3️⃣ Repeat

How to do negative pullups❓

1️⃣ Grab the bar with overhand grip and get into top position of the pull up.
2️⃣ Slowly lower yourself down and taking as much time possible and arms should be fully extended.
3️⃣ Repeat

10 weeks ago those legs could straighten out for maybe five or six repeats and my core would be burning.
I finished up the workout today with 75 of these.
