No where near where I want to be but not completely unsatisfied with my physique at the moment. Staying motivated is hard sometimes especially with balancing so much at one time. Planning and setting goals is the key 🔑 to success. If I can valence medical school, the Navy, a social life, a fiancé and my family while still finding time to hit the gym at the end of the day what’s your excuse? Even when I’m exhausted and feel like I’m going to fall asleep on the treadmill I’m still dragging ass to the gym (I might take two scoops of preworkout) but I push through. Success doesn’t happen over night. 🤘🏻🏋🏻♀️❤️ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Gym done. Such a slow weekend for me did absolutely nothing all day yesterday because of the weather here in Sydney. Today needed to get up and get my body ready for the coming week. But now sat watching stranger things 😂😂. Plus side is I spent nearly 3 hours in the gym. (Most of that time spent waiting for equipment) 💪🏼💪🏼
