🌟RAMADAN TRAINING🌟
Hey babies! 😘 I've gotten loads of messages about how I'll be training during Ramadan. πŸ’“πŸ’“ TBH, it's the first year that I've committed to training during Ramadan, and Im doing 30 minutes of low intensity exercise 3 days a week. I'd still love to keep my current fitness level, or some degree of fitness so that I don't feel as though I've lost too much strength and endurance over Ramadan.
This is the first of a few workouts that are lower in intensity and this one could DEFINITLY be done on mat instead of a BOSU ball.

Here's the workout:

β€’ BOSU squat Γ— 20
β€’ V-Sit Chest Press Γ— 20
β€’ BOSU high knees Γ— 60
