My whole life I have struggled having friendships with women.
From the time I was a little girl until about a year ago when I started being a health/fitness coach I STRUGGLED having real, true and honest relationships with 90% of the women in my life.
It seemed like I was either being lied to, taken advantage of, secretly being resented or even been betrayed by girls/women who referred to me as a friend. I know I'm not the only my woman who has experienced this same thing. In fact I guarantee the majority of women out there have been thru something very similar as I have.
So about a year ago my life changed! I stopped trying to nurture and redeem friendships that weren't real, and I dove into a group of women that I've never met who were like me: Introvert, shy, reserved and wanting more. I surrounded myself with like minded women who needed true friendships and who also wanted to become a better version of themselves.
I don't want to know where or who I would be today of I didn't take that leap of faith into being a coach. I'm afraid of the loneliness and isolated feelings I would be experiencing. But guess what? I don't have to! I have so many incredible friends who always reach out, msg or text me, and are there to celebrate my successes and help pick me up when I fall on my face! They are there for my health/fitness journey and they are there for me when family and work life are HARD!
I'm incredibly blessed and so thankful for these women that I've met thru coaching. I owe them my happiness, my success, my personal growth and the feeling of being truly appreciated as a mom out there who's just trying to be better than she was yesterday. ❤️ #communityofwomen #myfittribe #fitfriendsforlife #wegrowtogethereveryday #judgementfreefriendships #whyarewomenrelationshipssohard
