Some Monday motivation...Behind the scenes of my last video training shoot @destinationdallastexas I was beat up, and sore from the week and didn't feel like training at all it was hot as hell but I got it done. Did some strength work with the yoke carries and over head press walk, and some explosive work with sled pulls also did some jumping and over head keg throws. @officialgasp

✔️Sumo squat- I had a lighter dumbbell here so did 20 reps each set. Could also increase weight and do 12-15 reps. 4 sets. ✔️Calf raise- 15 reps with a hold at the top. 3 sets.
✔️Leg extension- 15 reps. 3 sets. ✔️Smith machine hip thrusts- I get wayyy better activation in my glutes when I keep the weight at a point where I can still do 15-20 reps. 4 sets. ✔️Smith machine Bulgarian split squats- 12 reps each leg. 4 sets. ✔️Alternating forward lunges- 8 reps each leg. 4 sets. ✔️Pistol squats on bosu- 5 reps each leg. 3 sets. ✔️Seated calf raises- 15 reps. 3 sets. ✔️Seated @mbslingshot band abductors- 30 reps. 3 sets. ✔️Band side lying leg raise- 12 reps each leg. 3 sets. ✔️Band side steps- 15 down, 15 back or 30 total side to side. 3 sets. ------
