Happy Sunday 😁 I have been getting a lot of people asking how often I workout and what I eat. The short answer is, about three times a week for 45 min to an hour.... of actual working out 😁I don't do cardio because I like to build muscle, everyone is different and specific body types need different types of training:) I tend to stick to the machines for lower body and free weights for upper body:) @armbrustdylan of @armbrustprogym 4 years ago told me if you want a great 🍑butt,bridges are the way to go:) and yes I love them , they work:) as far as eating goes:) I eat everything in moderation, except fast food and I never drink soda of any kind😳😁 Starbucks is my weakness😉 although I'm going to try and cut back to three a week😂😂😂 the whip cream is killing me:)) and the only way to a flat tummy is diet 😫😬🙃 and I love butter whip cream and popcorn😊but other then that i try to always eat healthy and I drink protein just about everyday:)) and tons of water:) it is the fountain of youth😁😁😁😛😛 I try and stay positive even when I'm having a bad day :) and the gym ALWAYS. Now really think about this. You are the most alike the person you hang around the most. You pass off and pick up the traits, sayings and actions of each other. You acquire and learn from those you surround yourself with.

Now take that concept and apply it on a bigger scale. Take it and apply it to your path to success. Why not surround yourself with more successful, and better people? Why not put yourself around those you want to be like? The ones in the position you want to be in. Then you can absorb, learn and acquire the traits of theirs you want and rise up to their level.

Hang around turds you become a turd. Hang around those better become you better.

Want to elevate yourself somewhere higher, want to take the next step, want to go to the next level? Put yourself around the types of people that are doing it, or striving to do it already. It will push you to meet their standard and to be above it.

Everyone has been asking me for a relaxed ab pic for a bit, so here you go. I am currently weighing in at around 155 lbs after starting my first bulk 2 months ago at the starting weight of 125 lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever weighed in my entire life, but also the shittiest I have looked and felt about myself. But I also realize that bulking is a necessary evil in bodybuilding. In order to progress and continue to improve my physique, I have to sacrifice looking shredded in order to gain more size. The negative comments and the shitty feedback I get from people about how I'm getting fat doesn't exactly improve my self esteem or mindset towards how I look, but I'm not one to get offended about some fat loser commenting about how I look shitty, when they themselves don't even care to put in the effort to improve themselves. Brushing off hate is something I'm used to, in fact I feed off of it and use it as a driving force for accomplishing my goals. Even though I might not look amazing now, I will come back looking better and bigger come summer time. ⚜️

Some fitness motivation for the weekend 😉

Don’t for one minute think that you will ruin your body if you get pregnant. 🚫The truth is that you can actually get more fit after babies!
The first photo was taken in 2010. I was actually underweight and skinnyfat aka skinny with hardly any muscle tone. I didn’t lift or workout. I ate around 1,200 calories a day. I was severely unhappy with my life, my self, and my body.
Fast forward to today, I have two kids and though I still struggle with anxiety and depression, I’m much happier than I used to be. I learned how good weightlifting was for my body and I workout 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes. I eat whatever I want, but mainly clean meals 4-6 times per day so I never go hungry. I eat about 2,200 calories per day now and I never deprive myself anymore.
These are just comparison photos and every story and situation is different, but I truly believe you can have a better, sexier, and stronger body AFTER baby.
