Hoy me he levantado inspirada y con el día repostero, además de con mucha hambre.
Aquí os dejo una foto de la base que usaré para hacer una tarta de queso sin azúcar, aunque aún no sé si la haré de piñas o de frutos rojos 🤔
La base está hecha de copos de avena con un poco de leche desnatada, aceite de coco, edulcorante y un poco de aroma de mantequilla. No necesita ser horneada, solamente amasar y extender en el molde.
Ya os enseñaré el resultado final ❤

And, it can seem stupid. It can seemed like such a lazy approach to success. Because after all, aren’t the most prominent and achievable people those who have everything planned and are so certain about where they want to go?

The answer is no, friends.
If you think about it, you most likely didn’t struggle in a topic in school or university as much when you actually showed up for classes. I am sure that you have found that you may be at home and struggling to get your ass of the couch to the gym, but once you’re there and after your session, you are grateful that you did it. I think everyone agrees that creating and maintaining relationships with friends is easier when you actually MEET people in person and not just pretend to have over 1000 friends in facebook.

We all have goals and we are never exactly where we want to be. But just look how far you have already come! Our journeys are long (or so we hope so) and if we are constantly looking ahead, worrying about possible struggles, with a mindset of ‘I don’t know if I can do this’, ‘I don’t know if I can last that long’, how are we even supposed to do ahead with it?

Veggies: 1 cup of green beans + 1/4 pickled onions

Starch: 30g (raw weight) pasta shells

Protein: 85g of lamb/chicken/tofu/paneer (cottage cheese)

Healthy Fats: 10g nuts (I did hazelnuts) + 2 tsp. olives +
2 tbsp. dressing (olive oil + white wine vinegar + mustard)

Women, match the portion
Men, double it!

Loaded with anti-inflammatory benefits, supplies alkalinity, ample cell building protein, satisfying starch but in just the right amount. So you feel satiated, energised and won’t crave dessert!

Buongiorno a tuttiiiiii da casa Bilanciamo con una fantastica TORTA DI PATATE GUSTO cioccolato e cocco 😍♥️ senza glutine, bilanciata nei nutrienti e semplicissima da realizzare 💪🏻😉💡 Ingredienti:
4 albumi
2 uova
700 gr di patate lesse
3 cucchiai di farina di cocco
2 cucchiai di cacao amaro
2 cucchiai di burro d’arachidi
50 gr farina di avena al cioccolato
2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna
Preparazione:
Riscaldare il forno a 180º
Mescolare i vari ingredienti nel frullatore fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
Prendere una teglia di silicone e versare l’impasto nella forma.
Infornare per 35/ 40 minuti.

When you have a bunch of ripe bananas .... you freeze,you smoothie and make some banana bread...tahini-cacao banana bread, gluten free,oil free.....

Recepie :
200gr. teff flour
3/4c quinoa flour (aka grinded quinoa flakes)
2 ripe 🍌
5 TBS coconut sugar
5 TBS tahini
5 TBS cacao powder
2 flaxseed meal
1 cup oat milk homemade
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp apple cider vinegar
1 hand pecans
Pinch of salt
Making : wisk 2 tbsp flaxseed meal with 6 tbsp water and set aside.....mix the oat milk with vinegar and set aside for 5 min...mix dried ingredients in a bowl....than in another bowl wisk together coconut sugar &tahini,ad the milk, smashed bananas and flaxmeal egg.... then mix dried ingredients &wet ingredients.....ad crushed pecans....and pour the mixture in a baking tray covered with baking paper...bake at 190 Celsius for 40-50 min..... ! I served mine with vegan chocolate & blackberries 😋.... enjoy!
