✅GET GOOD SLEEP 7-8hrs ✅STAY CONSISTENT ✅MAKE LISTS FOR FOOD SHOPPING TO MEAL PLAN AND PREP! ✅DONT STOCK CRAP IN YOUR CUPBOARDS (only if it’s planned for a treat) ✅DONT BE SAD IF YOUR NOT SEEING FAST RESULTS, it doesn’t happen overnight. ✅FUEL YOUR BODY WITH GOOD NUTRITION (but make sure you enjoy a treat) ✅IF YOU HAVE A BOOZY NIGHT OUT, remember to get back on it the very next day! And remember BOOZE is calories also! ✅GET YOUR STEPS IN! ✅MAKE NO EXCUSES! ✅BE YOU! don’t compare your to others! ✅EXERCISE WHEN YOU CAN! If your food intake is good and your in your calorie allowance, then it’s ok if you miss a day! (I myself work long hours and have responsibilities, so I miss days myself) ✅MAKE PRECIOUS TIME COUNT!
✅THINK POSITIVE EVERYDAY or see the positive of every negative! (I overthink more waaaaaay more than I should) GUILTY! ✅KEEP FULLY CHARGED!!! .
