Mini vulcano de chocolate e ninho
*LowCarb
.
Bolo:
1 xícara de farinha de coco
1 ovo
1 xícara de leite (da sua preferência
2 csopa de manteiga (ou óleo que preferir)
2 csopa de cacau em pó
1 ccafé de bicarbonato de sódio
1/2 xícara de farinha de oleaginosa (pode ser amêndoas, nozes, castanha... ou a mistura delas)
100g de chocolate Diet em pedacinhos
1 cchá de fermento químico em pó

Misture tudo deixando o fermento por último. Asse em forno pré aquecido por 20 minutos ou até crescer e corar. Ele solta um cheiro maravilhos que anuncia quando está no ponto.

Creme de ninho:
4 opções:

A) com creme de leite, adoçante de preferência e leite de coco em pó( para quem é #lchf) Misture o adoçante e creme de leite, derrame gelado sobre o bolo e salpique o leite de coco em pó por cima

B) Iogurte desnatado com adoçante em pó e molico. Mesmo procedimento do anterior.
.
C) Creme de arroz, adoçante em pó e leite de coco em pó (para alérgicos é intolerantes)
Mesmo procedimento do anterior.

D) 2 scoops de whey baunilha (ou molico em pó), 1/2 xícara de adoçante em pó. 1/4 de xícara de água fervendo. Misture bem e rápido para não embolotar. Vai virar um leite condensado caseiro. Espalhe no bolo e leve para gelar. Salpique o molico por cima e sirva. Você pode dobrar a quantidade de calda e se esbaldar.

Lembre: é lowcarb não é zero carboidrato nem zero calorias. Então divirta-se com moderação.

Today is day ONE of our third round of this program. After a brief 2 week hiatus, we were both just feeling off and knew we needed to commit to something that would keep us energized and focused on our goals. I’m up about 4 lbs from when I finished the program the first time, and part of that I’m sure is lifting heavy the last two weeks, but I also am fully admitting my nutrition has not been great the last week or so. I’m feeling run down, tired, unmotivated and blah and I know that has an exact correlation to how I’m fueling my body. We have a BUSY 3 weeks ahead between Knoxville, UGA/Vandy weekend, Athens & a wedding, but all it takes is a little discipline and focus to stay on track with our goals. I’m not promising 100%, but I am promising to make it a priority to put my health first.
This is a JOURNEY and I’ve been doing it long enough now to recognize when I’m starting to self-sabotage and let my emotions take over. We’re all human and I certainly don’t always have it all together. Just take it one day at a time!

Szép hétfőt Mindenkinek! 😊 Szerencsére a hétfőim tök nyugisak, volt is időm reggel egy mennyei reggelit összeütni: zabpalacsinták 90%os étcsokival, cukormentes eperlekvárral, mogyoróvajjal. 💓 Ezer éve nem sütöttem palacsintát, mert vagy sósat kívántam, vagy nem volt alapanyag...vagy lusta voltam 😁
Az étkezési szokásaim megváltoztak az elmúlt pár hónapban. Régen a reggelim csak édes lehetett, folyton zabkását vagy palacsintát ettem. 😋 Mostanában meg inkább a sósakat preferálom. Ma reggel is inkább szendót ettem volna, csak hát nem volt itthon kenyér...így "sajna" ez jutott 😄
