I feel like I got the short end of the stick on this deal. The front of the packaging says 24g of protein, vegan, and has 6g of fiber. Ok, for a $1.50 I’ll take that. Boy did I have buyers remorse when I saw that only half the cookie is 250 calories. Woof. Like I have any self control to only eat half a cookie? I should have known. Their muffin+protein is the same way. -
The Good
✅Texture - Crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside
✅High Protein - 24g is basically a meal replacement
✅No - soy, dairy, eggs, trans fat, cholesterol, sugar alcohols, artificial colors or flavors

❌500 calories for the whole cookie
❌26g of fat in the whole cookie
❌ tasted like fig newtons

I did buy again and bought chocolate chip. Don’t make my mistake people! The texture is exactly what you’re looking for in a cookie yet they managed to make the chocolate chip taste synthetic. Don’t waste your calories.

Leftover salmon burger for lunch today 🤗 Paired with all the meal prepped goods for an easy no cook lunch on a busy day 👌🏻 I heated up the burger in my cast iron skillet but that was the only cooking that went on 😎 After wasting too much time this morning making my waffle 4 ways, I went with an easy lunch 😉 I’m all about having fun in the kitchen but sometimes you need a no fuss meal 🙆🏼‍♀️ Especially one that involves salmon 🙌🏻 I had Eli try one with his dinner last night and he even approved which you know means it’s a good one 💯 It finally *cooled* off a little bit today (aka below 90 😂) so I’m hoping to get a walk in with Eli and Tippy (my dog 🐶) tonight 💕 For now I’m making a quick dinner because I am hangry 😅 Have a wonderful evening everyone!! ☀️ ———————————————————————— lunch details 👉🏻 1 salmon burger (@rachlmansfield recipe) paired with roasted asparagus + 1/2 avocado + tomatoes + roasted Brussels (400F for 40 mins with avocado oil) + sweet potato chips (400F for 40 mins) 💕

Gaining muscle and losing fat. I always hated sport when I was younger up until I was 14/15 years old. Over the past year I have come to enjoy most sports and starting to really have a passion for lifting weights and working it. It’s amazing how much it can change ur attitude towards things. Az utolsó közös ebédünk a hugicámmal vasárnap ananászos csicseriborsó curry volt bulgurral.
Ez egy jó villámebéd ötlet! Max. 20 perc múlva ehető is. Ehhez feltettem a cukormentes ananász levében főni az ananászt és az alaposan leöblített konzerv csicseriborsót. Amihez adtam egy csapott kk sót,pici #szafireform édesítőt, pici borsot, pici gyömbér port, és kurkumát ízlés szerint. Hagytam egy picit rotyogni, majd hozzáadtam kb. 50 g kókusztejszint. 5 perc főzés után pedig egy kevés vízben elkevert #szafireform nyílgyökérliszttel sűrítettem. Akinek az nincs kukorica keményítőt is használhat. Picit rottyant és kész is! A bulgurt pedig kétszeres mennyiségű vízzel megfőztem.

BLT Balsamic Chicken Avocado Salad

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Balsamic Dressing / Marinade:
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water (or more oil if you wish)
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon honey
¼-1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to your tastes)
4 skinless and boneless chicken thigh fillets (or breast fillets)
Salad:
5 ounces |150g bacon, diced and trimmed of all fat
8 cups mixed salad lettuce leaves (or Romaine | Cos lettuce leaves)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
extra Italian seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Whisk balsamic dressing / marinade ingredients together until well combined. Pour 2-3 tablespoons into a shallow bowl. Add the chicken thighs and coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper; set aside for 10 minutes while the frying bacon.
Fry bacon until crisp in a skillet over medium-high heat. Wipe pan over with paper towel.
Cook chicken fillets until crisp and cooked through (about 7 minutes each side).
Arrange all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Top with the bacon, chicken, avocado and sprinkle with feta, extra Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to your tastes. Drizzle with the remaining dressing, and serve.

Chili lime shrimp bowls! 😍 This is one of my fav go-to meals - Sharing step by step how to make these below ⬇️

◾Cook rice first - Used brown basmati since that is what I had but usually like to make jasmine since it pairs well. Swap broth for water to get more flavour. Add some grilled pineapple on top when rice is cooked. Like to use at least 3/4 cup rice for each bowl.
_
◾Next toss 2 lbs raw peeled shrimp 🍤 with 1.5 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies, pinch of cayenne pepper, pinch of black pepper, & juice of 1 lime. Sautee in olive oil until cooked through. Sprinkle more chili powder if desired before removing from heat. Divide evenly into 6 portions.
_
◾Add some snow peas and chopped bell peppers. Keep these raw if not eating right away. When serving can heat on stove top in pan until veggies are tender or can heat in microwave and they will steam. Add fresh lime juice on top + season veggies with some pink salt if desired!
