Pumping. Lunching. Shakeology-ing. My favorite aspect of Shakeology outside of the nutritional component is its versatility. Today is a long day at the spa, but I know I can fit Shakeology right into my schedule and not miss any of the nutrients I know I need.

Being a pumping mom is so crazy hard sometimes, so much planning goes into how much I'm eating, what I'm eating, am I drinking enough water, etc. I'm glad at least I know that milk is packed with goodness!
