Omg. I have been feeling like absolute crap the last week, last night I came to terms with the fact I have been half assing everything. My nutrition, my workouts, my personal development and hydration. So in turn I felt tired, like more than normal tired. I feel asleep on the floor in like 5 different spots throughout the day a few days ago. I was like that little girl on the meme "imma take a nap right here, right now"
Today I made sure to listen to some personal development, I did my entire workout, I have had like 65oz of water and I'm still drinking more, I have eaten well, I have done things that make me happy. I feel great!! I wouldn't have even cared if I wasn't in an accountability group, I would of just kept on being sluggish and tried.
