About to do my first workout since before I was sick! I'm nervous πŸ˜‚ I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow because of the break.

We made a huge batch of fajita peppers, onions and chicken tonight so we have fast lunches for burrito bowls, tacos, wraps and etc. This is how I meal prep, little bits at a time haha.

When a spider crawls on your mat and you think....."I don't need this in my life..." and quit.

Matt's lunch and snacks for work (mine is similar but less). Turkey meatballs with a ketchup molasses sauce, broccoli, apples, grapes, hummus and whole grain pita chips. For breakfast I'm making bacon and mini bagels with peanut butter.

Mini bagel with peanut butter and cinnamon (couldn't find whole wheat at the store) and 3 slices of bacon *cries tears of joy*

Day 2/21 of 21 day fix extreme and it looked like this πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ so many weird moments. The very last one is Ginger laying on the table eating goldfish with her mouth.

Day 2/21 of #21dayfixextreme and it was all upper body. If you don't hear from me in the next three days it's because I can't move. I loved it though!!!
