Constantemente servido nos restaurantes gourmet, trata-se de uma receita italiana chamada de “risotto”, que em uma tradução seria o correspondente a “arrozinho”.Essa receita se popularizou e conquistou diversas regiões do país, sendo que hoje existem inúmeras versões de risotos feitos com arroz arbóreo e diferentes ingredientes.
Para tornar o prato mais saudável, eu utilizei o arroz integral no lugar do arbóreo e ingredientes mais leves e menos calóricos para preparo.

RISOTO DE ABOBRINHA COM LIMÃO SICILIANO 🍋🌾

Ingredientes:.
- 1 xícara de arroz integral
- 2 xícaras de água
- 1 colher de sopa de requeijão light
- 1/2 de xícara de vinho branco seco
- 1 cebola cortada em cubos
- 2 dentes de alho amassado
- 2 xícaras de abobrinha italiana picada
- Suco de 1 limão siciliano
- Raspas de limão para decorar
- Sal e ímenta a gosto
- Noz moscada a gosto

Modo de preparo:.
Refogue a cebola e o alho em um fio de azeite e então adicione o arroz integral e logo em seguida o vinho branco. Quando o vinho estiver evaporando adicione a água e o suco de limão e deixe cozinhar até que boa parte da água tenha sumido. Então mexa o arroz para pegar a água do fundo da panela e deixe cozinhar em fogo brando. Adicione a abobrinha picada e os temperos, misturando tudo muito bem. Quando estiver com o arroz al dente, desligue o fogo, espere 5 minutos e misture o requeijão light para dar cremosidade. Sirva em seguida com raspas de limão. 😋
