I slept very well and long but I still wasn't able to go to the running event or workout whatsovever😭 I haven't actually felt very sick but I have had headache and I have been extremely exhausted😴 Well, my throat has been a bit sore, too... I have spent my day helping Mum with a few errands and resting. I must say that I had quite an olay day afterall. I pretty much neglected studying though but at least I studied for a while when the headache got better🙊

I have always been a sucker for anything lemon🍋💕 (or chocolate, but that's another story)! This moist😛, spongey cake has a hint of lemon and just the right amount of sweetness, smothered with a tart yet richly sweet lemon glaze.😍 Truth be told, this creation only lasted half a day at our house - we couldn't stop eating it until it was gone!🙈 I'm already plotting the next time I will make this, which should be soon since my lemon cravings strike pretty often😉
