วันนี้เฮียมานั่งกินลมชมวัดแถวท่าเตียน เลยแวะมาร้านที่ขึ้นชื่อว่าอาหารไทยอร่อยมาก👄 ไม่ได้อร่อยแค่อาหารนะ ของหวานก็อร่อย มาถึงพนักงานบอกให้สั่งจองของหวานเอาไว้ก่อนเลย เฮียก็เชื่อคนง่ายเลยสั่งไปชุดนึง พอมาถึงก็ลองกินดู ขนมปังนุ่ม สังขยาก็ไม่หวานเกินไป โดนใจสุดๆ😍

🦄One of the most common misconceptions in the fitness industry is that of starvation mode. Which is the notion that eating too little will cause your body to get overly stressed which will make you gain and store more fat.

☕️Those who promote the idea of starvation mode like to throw around lots of fancy terminology to make it sound like they know what they're talking about. But aside from the fact that there is *zero* legitimate research supporting their claims, let's use common sense.

🐼If you really did get fat from being overly stressed and not eating enough........why have we never seen a picture of an obese person in the Holocaust concentration camps? I'm pretty sure they were more stressed and calorie deprived than we could ever imagine, but they sure as shit weren't storing extra fat.

🦉Keep in mind, I'm not telling anyone to starve themselves. What I am saying, though, is if you are having trouble losing weight, I promise it is NOT because you're eating too little. It's because you're eating more than you think you are (much of it probably on the weekends) and need to keep better track of your weekly calorie intake. Because if there's one thing research has consistently found its this ----> people who struggle to lose weight consistently underestimate how much food they're actually eating.

What a big difference...Yesterday we got pre-made lasagne. My husband wanted to eat it, so I baked this meal... I'm on diet, but I like this, that's why I made diet lasagne... With Szafi product. That is the result, On the left side you can see the lasagne bought in a grocery store, on the right side you can see the home-made one. The pasta is made by reduced CH flour, and I used reduced fat cheese, and light meat. There are around 35 g CH and 25 g fat in one portion of food on the left side, and there are approximately 20 g CH and 16 g fat in one portion of food on the right side...
