Have you ever seen food that said it was vegan.. or gluten free.. GMO-free.. all "natural".... and immediately thought, Yeah it's healthy, I'm going to eat that 🙋😍😁

However, sometimes this is just great marketing and society has conditioned us to think that all of those "buzzwords" = good for us! Unfortunately, that's not the case for everything.

Take for example these vegetable root chips. You might think, "Oh yeah, people tell me I should eat more root veggies because they're so healthy...sweet potato, parsnip, batata, taro, yuca.. SO MUCH BETTER than Lay's, right?!" Sadly... not really. 😭 If you break it down per serving, the nutritional value is almost identical... minus the fact that the terra chips actually have MORE grams of added sugar than Lays!? 😮😮 INSANE. THE TRICKERY!! 😣 EVEN MORE, the ingredients list is nearly identical: some sort of potato + oil + salt. So neither has preservatives or chemicals, but when you get down to it... A CHIP IS A CHIP, even if the macro or micronutrients breakdown might look sliiiightly better.

Not saying that you have to throw the Terra chips away (because they're damn good😋). Blueberry spelt crumble cake by @thegreenchocolate 💜
Recipe: 200 g spelt flour, 150 g raw cane sugar, 115 g margarine, 2 flax eggs, 150 g soy yogurt, vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt.
Mix the washed blueberries with 1 tbsp flour in a bowl to cover them with flour. Beat sugar & margarine together.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Add flax eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, natron and salt into the mixture and fold carefully. Add the yogurt at the end and mix in 180 g fresh blueberries.
Grease a loaf pan and prepare it with baking paper. Add the dough and add some more blueberries on top if u like. Bake for 65 minutes.

BUENOS DÍAS DE DOMINGO !!💪 RECETA DE TORTITAS 😄😋 TORTITAS: Ingredientes (para una persona): *60 gramos de harina de avena o avena molida * 6 Claras de huevo * Sacarina al gusto * Canela al gusto (en vez de canela podéis poner cacao en polvo 100% desgrasado) Ponemos todos los ingredientes en un recipiente y lo batimos.
Ponemos la mezcla en la sartén (preferiblemente en tres raciones), se aconseja dar la vuelta a la torta cuando empiezan a salir una especie de burbujas.
Mi manera preferida es acompañarlo con frutos rojos 🍓👌

Ингредиенты:

50 гр кукурузной муки;
50 гр цельнозерновой пшеничной муки;
120 гр творога;
1 яйцо + 1 желток;
1-2 ст.л кефира;
1/2 ч.л разрыхлителя;
1 ст.л мака;
Сахарозаменитель по вкусу.

Приготовление:

Творог смешиваем с яйцом. Просеиваем муку и разрыхлитель. Добавляем сахарозаменитель и мак. Кефир добавляем по необходимости (в завимости от творога). Вымешиваем тесто и скатываем в шар. Заворачиваем в плёнку, отправляем на 30 минут в холодильник. Делим тесто на равные части и раскатываем трубочки. Переплетаем их косичкой и смазываем желтком. Выпекаем на силиконовом коврике 30 минут при 180С (до золотистости). Если вы сделаете крендельки небольшого размера, то и печь необходимо меньше. Совет: смотрите на тесто и ориентируйтесь, если рассыпается, добавьте кефир, если жидкое, то добавьте муки. Несмотря на то, что рецепт точный по граммам, результат может всё равно отличаться, поэтому всегда смотрите на консистенцию.

✨ Súper Bowl de frutas 🍓🍌🍏🍒 con nueces y coco rallado

▶ Manzana fuji, kiwi, una nuez, frutos del bosque, un plátano pequeñito y coco rallado.
▶ Todo eso lo baño con mi habitual bebida de avena YoSoy, agua y una cucharada de cacao soluble 0%aa.

No es un desayuno completo, me falta la fuente de proteínas pero es lo que me pedía hoy en cuerpo! 😅😅

65 g farina integrale🌾
25 o più ml di acqua (dipende dalla consistenza dell'impasto)
1 cucchiaino colmo di miele🍯
Mezzo cucchiaino di lievito per dolci o bicarbonato
