After the hottest @ix3kickboxing hot kickboxing class I grabbed this baby from @4thgenerationorganicmarket 😍 hummus, turkey, Swiss cheese, spinach & tomato on sprouted whole wheat // happy Sunday lovers 😘

Warm berry Doughnuts with whipped Coconut cream by @missmarzipancom 🍇
Recipe: 200 g organic plain flour. 2 tsp baking powder. a pinch of salt. 1 tbsp chia seeds. 25 g desiccated coconut. 10 dates. 70 ml water. Coconut oil for frying. To serve: Frozen berries, warmed and softened to a sauce consistency. Whipped coconut cream.
Blitz ingredients (minus coconut oil) together, until a dough forms. Knead it on a lightly floured surface until it comes together.
Divide dough into 6 equal parts, roll into balls, flatten out, poke a hole in the middle and shape your doughnuts. In a large pan of water on a slow boil, simmer the doughnuts for around 4-5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a large skillet pan and heat it. Drain the simmered doughnuts and pop them into the skillet pan. Fry until turning golden brown. Flip and repeat on other side. Serve topped with warmed berries and whipped coconut cream.

Found these cute square tomato and herbs flavoured wholemeal crisp breads lately and they were a perfect match for guacamole. Such a healthy snack 💪! The Lego Batman movie wasn't too bad. 💕Il porridge è un piatto tipico inglese composto da avena (o un altro cereale) bollita in acqua o latte o entrambi. The most gorgeous, clean breakfast at Torrey Pines this a.m. 🍳⛳🌊

My fridge stays pretty empty most of the time besides the little necessities. I only buy food I plan to eat in the next few days then I restock. Shop, cook, eat & repeat every 3 days. The same goes for my pantry. Pictured here is my salad ingredients (see previous post); salmon with broccoli and red potatoes; overnight oats. I normally eat my Oatmeal with fruit since I don't add sugar. For this week I have bananas, mango & kiwi. For snacks I'll have yogurt or a green apple with almond butter or Muscle Milk. I hope this helps someone. I was asked to show my fridge so here it is! The bottom shelf has cereal (Cinnamon Toast Crunch for my mini and Raisin Brand Crunch for me; I rarely eat cereal though but it's there) and a couple bottles of Angry Orchard (soooo good) & of course water!!!!!!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! ✌🏾

Flounder six ways

Using two flounder fish, I made six #healthy dishes producing almost #zerowaste.

1.Fish tartare, roasted red pepper coulis & fish dumplings with cilantro oil.
2. Pan seared fish pie, confit chicken, kelp caviar.
3. Steamed fish wonton with ginger vinegar.
4. Crispy fish skin with roasted aubergine , peppery cashew, red pepper sauce.
5. Stewed fish roes & spine.
6. Braised napa cabbage with fish.

Going back to my Photoshoot Food Prep days. All of my meals were simple but I made sure I had variety of different food so I didn't get tired of eating the same thing every day. From top left, across to bottom right.
1. Baked Whiting Fillet with Lemon juice, Steamed Asparagus and baked Sweet Potato.
2. Panfried Kanga fillet with Steamed Brocollini, Zucchini & Avocado.
3. Garlic Butter and Chilli Squid with Steamed Brocolli.
4. Grilled Beef Fillet with Zucchini & Cashews.
5. Garlic & Chilli Butter Prawns with Zucchini noodles.
6. Baked Barramundi Fillet with steamed Asparagus, Brocollini, Roasted Peppers (from a jar) drizzled Lemon Infused Olive Oil.
7. Kanga Fillet with Snowpeas, Brocollini and Cashews.
8. Steamed Asian Snapper with Steamed Asparagus, Brocollini and Baked Sweet Potato. I used fresh garlic, ginger, lemon grass, coriander & chilli.
9.Moroccan Spice Grilled Prawns with Brocilli rice and Roasted Sweet Potato.
