✅3 jajka ✅2 opakowania jogurtu "Skyr" (300g) ✅60g mąki owsianej ✅30g odżywki białkowej ✅15 tabletek słodziku ✅płaska łyżeczka pdp ✅gruszka ✅łyżka miodu ✅20g gorzkiej czekolady (ja miałam w formie takich kuleczek, ale można pokruszyc zwykłą)
➡️PRZYGOTOWANIE:
👉🏼mieszamy jajka z jogurtem 👉🏼dodajemy rozkruszony słodzik i miód 👉🏼wsypujemy mąkę, odżywkę i pdp, mieszamy do uzyskania gładkiej masy (nawet nie trzeba używać blendera😊)
👉🏼wylewamy ciasto do wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia tortownicy (średnica 18cm) 👉🏼dodajemy obraną i pokrojoną gruszkę i posypujemy czekoladą
👉🏼pieczemy do suchego patyczka (około 50 min w 180°C) 👉🏼po upieczeniu wyłączamy piekarnik, ale nie wyjmujemy od razu ciasta, bo opadnie. Musi sobie postać przy uchylonych drzwiczkach 😋👩🏼‍🍳

Os voy a contar cómo suelo cocinarlos yo:
- En primer lugar, vacío los calamaritos y los lavo bien con agua.
- Después pico una cebolla(o dos depende del tamaño) en tiritas y la pongo en la olla con un chorrito de #AOVE.
- Cuando la cebolla ha tomado color lanzo a la olla los calamaritos con una hoja de laurel, dos granos de pimienta y sal.
- Le doy una vuelta a todo para que se mezclen con la cebolla y les echo medio vasito de jerez, le doy caña máxima a la vitro.
Y en cuanto reduce el jerez podemos disfrutar de unos deliciosos calamaritos 😍😍

Ciambella semplicissima e sofficissima all' arancia...🍊..ottima come merenda anche per i bambini! Vi dò la ricetta:
Frulla 4 uova, se piccole mettine una in più con 300 gr di zucchero, aggiungi quando il composto è spumoso il succo filtrato di 3 arance premute, poi aggiungi 400 gr di farina 00 (se metti la manitoba sarà più soffice), un bicchiere di plastica quasi colmo di olio di semi, la buccia grattugiata di 1 arancia ed infine una bustina di lievito per dolci. Inforna per 45 min a 180 gradi e controlla la cottura con lo stuzzicadenti, appena lo è tirala fuori per non farla scurire troppo. Una volta fredda mettere lo zucchero a velo! 🍊Taggatemi se la fate, ne rimarrete soddisfatti per quanto è buona!!!!!🍊
