A lil fun Physique Update😉💪🏽Its been a hot minute since I’ve done but here is where I am I have been a few weeks into my mini cut & i’m going to explain how I’ve been approaching this mini cut for myself in way i feel comfortable.
So prior to this “mini cut” I was eating around 2000kcal a day maybe even a lil less or more depending on how my day went. Lifting 4-5x a week, focusing on building strength & building mass. For this mini cut, I’m eating anywhere from 1600-1700cal a day. Ofc as I had mentioned the other day in a prior post I am dealing with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which has taken a toll on my weight & has made my body now more sensitive to certain things like sugar & dairy.
So i’ve eliminated: High sugary drinks (sodas, fancy drink menu from starbucks, iced teas, lemonades etc), regular dairy milk, pastries & baked goods.
EATING/DRINKING MORE OF: Wholesome and natural foods like veggies, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, proteins. Yes im ofc still eating carbs but not overdoing it. Water & flavor seltzer. Replaced regular milk with almond milk.
Lifting 4-5x a week still, added 2-3 cardio 20min light cardio sessions weekly. Allowing myself to a meal of my choice on weekends because balance matters to me. I’m approaching this mini cut slowly because Im really determined to do this successfully without crashing or giving up as Ive done in the past. To see changes will take a few months at most but i’m excited to see my progress in the few weeks and take on this challenge. I’m not doing this for anyone else but MYSELF. #physiqueupdate #physique #bodybuilding #fitfemale #squatbooty #buildmuscle #fitnessmotivation #bodygoals #fitgoals
