**starting over for the week** As I said in this mornings post, it's been a rough week. Physically j haven't felt great, sleep has sucked, and I think I've had a headache for going on 4 days now. I let it wear me down. I let other things things that shouldn't have been as big of a deal as they were pile on top, and I got buried for a few days. Stuck in my head. What changed? Tangibly...very little. What changed was I decided after a couple days enough was enough. I'm lucky to have some amazing friends that help me be positive (**clears throat**@kayteecarter ) and an amazing wife (@elonsway03) that puts up with my shit day in and day out. .
That all being said, I had started the third time through of this programming on Sunday with Back and Delts, but after taking 3 rest days, and for my own sense of mental order, I did that again today, a sort of reset, starting fresh. Took me awhile to really get into it, but once i did, game over.
