How many of you take a rest day? If so how many days per week? Personally, I only take one every once in a while (with the exception of this last month where I had work training and vacationing take over a handful of days), and it's never planned..it's literally my body is like nahhhhh not today..but it's not often. I can see both sides of having and not having planned rest days!! If my programming is just right I don't really need one, as I give different muscle groups time to rest. I'm curious about what works for you!๐Ÿ‘€Peep those natural lashes though!

Iโ€™ve recently incorporated them into my biceps workouts and have already noticed strength increases!The Zottman curl was created by George Zottman in the late 1800โ€™s and targets ALL of the muscles that flex your elbow joint. On the way up, youโ€™re working the biceps and brachialis. On the way down, your brachioradialis muscles are engaged๐Ÿ”น

๐Ÿ”นBegin in your standard bicep curl position (back straight, knees slightly bent, dumbbells straight down in front of you and palms up). Curl the weight, contract your muscles and remember to breathe! When youโ€™ve reached the top of your bicep curl, slowly rotate your wrists so that your palms face down. In a slow, controlled manner, reverse curl down to your starting position before rotating your wrists again๐Ÿ”น
