How many of you take a rest day? If so how many days per week? Personally, I only take one every once in a while (with the exception of this last month where I had work training and vacationing take over a handful of days), and it's never planned..it's literally my body is like nahhhhh not today..but it's not often. I can see both sides of having and not having planned rest days!! If my programming is just right I don't really need one, as I give different muscle groups time to rest. I'm curious about what works for you!👀Peep those natural lashes though!
