I am definitely way too honest 😅However, I give credit where it’s due it was good knee and I wasn’t trying to let the doc pull me out between rounds due to my wheezing. Not a great performance but it is a win. I had it in my head the whole fight camp I would win by submission- I am glad I was able to do just that- Showed me that being confident in your vision is just as important as perfecting your skills. Getting to the ground wasn’t how we planned it but mentally I was comfortable enough to adjust to scenario quickly. Almost slow motion in my head at the time although reviewing video it was matter of seconds. Well back to the gym already this week to continue progressing. #neverstoplearning#continuedgrowth
Today was a must!!!! Before anything!!! I feel like I barely slept last night.... Having alot on my mind: goals I want to accomplish, when to go visit my hometown, christmas shopping, my weight loss transformation and what am I going to do with my hair... What I will do today is quiet my mind, meditate and breathe. Then tell myself i got this.... not to worry.
