It's been a rough week. Neck pain has been stopping me from working out to my full potential so I've mostly been doing cardio. Had a binge night on Wednesday which was disappointing, I don't think I'll lose any weight this week 😫 but I'm not going to let that ruin everything! Finally went grocery shopping, going to look up some new recipes and get back on track 😊
