All the murves πŸ˜† I have backed off on the treats/sugar and just been eating clean wholesome food lately and i have noticed i have tightened up a bit.. Im listening to my body and eating what I need to. Lately I have been craving vegetables and tomatoes which i think is my bodies way of telling me what i need πŸ€” and if i feel run down i am learning to have a day off training- i need to remind myself that recovery is just as important and not feel guilty for taking the day off. I haven't been feeling 100% so with more rest and cleaner food hopefully i start to feel better. Working on developing not only a healthy body but a healthy mind ☝
