As the holiday season nears, remember you don’t have to punish yourself for eating, overeating, indulging, etc. whatever you want to call it, if you’re going to put something in your body, don’t overthink it later.
Here is what you need to do after that big Christmas feast: ☝🏼drink plenty of water, ✌🏼 resume regular training. Don’t beat yourself up.
PS. You don’t need a new year’s resolution to start working out. Take care of your body like your life depended on it 😉
