FAT LOSS FOODS: none. No one food will make you lose weight and no one food will make you gain weight. What matters is your overall nutrient intake and your caloric intake. No specific food is bad and no specific food is a "superfood." Eaing more calories than you burn = able to build muscle and gain weight. These calories can come from anything.
Eating less calories than you burn = you will lose weight. These calories can, again, come from anything.
Whatever your goal is, consider your macro and micronutrients (protein, carbs, fats, vitamins, & minerals) because you need all of these. BUT don't demonize specific foods or food groups because you CAN reach your goal eating what you like if you are within your caloric & nutritional goals.
Basically, no foods are "good" or "bad" but rather you can align your choices with adequate nutritional benefits but also make room for fun and less nutritionally dense choices.
