Finished up my push workout this morning with some blood flow restricted tricep kickbacks. The best way to do BFR is to do higher volume and very low weight. Start off with 30-40% of what you think your "max" would be for a kickback (even though you'd never really max this out) and do 4 sets of 15 reps.

Well, this week has been stressful, that's for sure! But I tried sticking To my diet (with a couple major slip ups) . But somehow I still managed 2lb loss. So I'm thankful for that. Next week will bring sonkuch stress, but I'll try and stay on track

Saw this pretty handy pyramid for the #vegans out there.
As a vegetarian, I like to up my carb intake as it gives me the energy I need for the day. I aim for my macros of carbs-protein-fat to be about 40-40-20 with a 1000-1200 calorie limit (for consistent weight loss). Also, please let's get rid of the misinformation surrounding sources of protein and iron as there is plenty of it available in vegetables. I've been a vegetarian for a while and I am not deficient 🌱

Thinking of this past weekend I spent in L'Escala and Cadaqués with @soliloquykb 💭💕 Now I'm going to come up with a game plan to get into the best shape possible before I go to Thailand in 8 weeks! 😱🙌🏻☀️🌴

I didn't eat as much as I would've liked to today because I was feeling super bloated but here's today's consumption: green tea, avo rolls, baked beans, and wondermelon smoothie. I planned to eat an egg salad for dinner to get in some protein and fibre but I feel 😷#health #foodlog #fitness #fitblr
