So, I have decided I will continue uploading my FitBit tracking results for another 5 days, just to keep myself motivated and a kind of accountability to share with you guys.
Here's me at the end of the day.
I over achieved every goal as usual (I changed my step count from 8000 to 9000 yesterday), so am gonna target 10,000 every day. I just don't wanna feel like I am not challenging myself enough, so changed it 😏
Also, if you swipe, you can see that during my workout session I was mostly in fat burning zone. That was expected because I didn't do serious cardio to raise my heart beat level.
I did some Bicep and lower abs exercises. 15 minute cardio.
That was my day! 😃
