Pro-Tip: ab burnout w/weight (tabata) is the most effective way to burn the the fat around that mid section. But be very intense and commit to full range motions. Never look to be quick, look to feel the muscle contract and then feel the burn! Also, flat bench pressing is for the mid to lower pectoral, remember when doing these measure and equal your grip. Be sure to always keep the back on the bench, slight arch with a weightlifting belt when going heavy is ok, but never rainbow the back.
