An example 'abs workout' has been requested quite a bit so dis is the kind of stuff I do. I dislike training abs and they get a lot of work from my compound movements so I do this kind of thing once/week on a separate day with cahhhdio (or else both are getting skipped).

While it's important to have a strong core, you can have this without having visible abs. Your ab definition is determined by your genetics (the shape of the muscles and where you store fat) and your body-fat % (leanness). Tons o' crunches won't do it.

Кефир 1% - 0,5 л
Лук - 2 шт
Специи - по вкусу

Приготовление:

Приготовить маринад для курицы из кефира проще простого. В принципе, сам кефир уже и является маринадом. Подготовьте мясо: промойте, просушите, натрите специями и солью. Очистите и полукольцами нарежьте лук, отправьте его к подготовленному мясу, перемешайте все и залейте кефиром. Мясо нужно оставить мариноваться, время – от одного часа до целой ночи. Если вам больше нравится рецепт приготовления курицы в мультиварке, тогда подготовленное мясо отправьте в чашу, выберите режим «Выпечка», готовьте 20 минут с каждой стороны. Не забудьте в чашу мультиварки налить немного масла. В случае, когда готовится курица в кефире в духовке, запекайте мясо при температуре 200 С по 20-25 минут с каждой стороны, при этом постоянно поливая маринадом.

Happy Sunday loves!☀️ This leg press pyramid was FIYAAA🔥🔺 started doing 15 reps with 90lbs (plus whatever the machine weights lol) , went up to 180lbs for 10 reps, than 270lbs for 6 reps than ended up doing 360lbs for 1 rep 😝😝 ( hehe it was a lot heavier than I thought)! You guys should really try this one, and lmk what you think!

Just finished training, sitting down for meal 3 while I read the latest issue of @flex_magazine. Just some simple ground beef and white rice, nothing fancy. With a little mustard for some flavor. Mustard is my go-to as it's one of the few condiments along with soy sauce, hot sauce and a couple others that contain no sugars, fats, carbs or even calories for that matter. A lot of people eat pretty clean and then go off track when it comes to condiments. Even just 2 serving per day of your favorite ranch, mayo, BBQ sauce, etc adds up to an extra 700-800 calories per week... and who really uses 1 serving? Food for thought.
