See that guy jumping in the background? Well that's Pètur my swolemate 😍. He's been testing Protis Icelandic fish-protein for a little over a month now. I was offered to try it (#ad) but since I'm breastfeeding I didn't want to take any extra supplements so Pètur was my "guinea pig" 😁 Although we're not sure if it helps with how high he can jump he does have some facts about his experience:
1️⃣Muscle recovery was wayyy faster than usual. Pètur does olympic weightlifting and is usually sore afterwards but this past month he's barely been sore at all 👍🏻
2️⃣It tastes like fish 🙈 he forgot the fact that it tastes like fish every time (to my entertainment 😂).
3️⃣He saw more results than usual.
So overall he was very pleased with the supplement, it works as promised, and although it tastes like fish, it's worth it 😄. We've already bought more since Pétur just finished it. The recommended dose is 2-3 capsules before a workout and 2-3 after for maximum results. And a bonus is that it's both lactose and gluten free 🙌🏻 .
I'm excited to try it myself in a few months! I don't take a lot of supplement but this is something I would take, especially since it's made from Icelandic wild fish and is sold in reliable stores here in Iceland, for example Heilsuhúsið.
