🙋🏽♀️ hey you?! Are you ever feeling like you’re “forcing” yourself to go the gym and you’re body’s like “nahhhh I’m good” lol well that’s how I felt this morning so I listened to it and didn’t go! I also have been feeling blahhh about my daily gym routine sooooo I signed up for my first ever BUTI Yoga class🧘♀️ (namaste) lol
I suggest if you feel like you’re stuck in the same routine and can’t get back into it, DON’T force yourself!! Take a step back and listen to your body and try something new to get you re-motivated!!
Trying something new can work out other parts of your body and let you explore what other forms of exercises are out there!! Who knows, you might fall in love with exercising all over again and get back into your routine or you might discover something you like even better😊💜
