Helllllooooo my fit family!
I've missed you all so much. The conversations, the photos, the progress and motivation...all of it!
I know it's been a long ass time since I've been active on this "fit account".
Truth is, I've slacked off. What can I say, it's freaken tough working, planning a wedding and having so much going on all at once.
I gained approx 10 lbs since November when I became engaged. This was all due to my chest/back problems, planning the wedding, and being so busy! I went from going to the gym 4x a week, 2hrs each day to maybe 2 or 3 days a week for only 1 hour. I had to modify a lot of workouts to not make my back/chest problem worse. AND I started eating bad! Picking up old habits. It just became easy to do since I had no time to cook healthy meals.
Anywho!!! I'm back on my weight loss journey now that I am able to relax a bit more and have all my vendors for the big day! Only 70 days left 💍💕🙌 I'm determined to drop the weight again and hopefully look the best I can in my dress! I've been running a lot again and I'm loving every minute of it 💙💙💙💙 especially the sweaty selfies like this one (except you can't tell a lot here, what the hell 🤔😂).
HAPPY FRIDAYYYYYYYY! I plan on going for runs this weekend too. Who wants to join me if you're in the area?????
