Super Healthy loaded with proteins n minerals "Ragi Dosa" served with peanut chutney 😍
Instant Ragi n Rice Flour Dosa (Ghavne) Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour 2 cups
- Rice Flour 1 cup ( Coarsely Grinded. It should not be too fine,texture should be like bhajani flour)
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
-Mix ragi,rice flour,water, jeera and salt in a bowl.
-Mix all the ingredients properly. Batter should not be too thick/ nor too thin.
-Heat the dosa pan. Once the pan is properly hot,spread 2-3 drops of oil on the pan.
-Dosa should be thin. Pour little oil at all sides of ghavane.
-Cover and cook it for 2-3 min.or till all sides start leaving edges.
-Flip it on other side let it cook for 1 min.
Dosa is ready.Tastes good when served hot.
We prepare these dosa's with thick rice n ragi flour.
Wash rice n ragi and dry in shadow and then grind. Thus you can make more soft dosa's.l
