Rest day today as I got absolutely battered in the surf this morning 😂 Been getting a lot of questions about bulking since my last video & im so happy more gals are thinking of doing it this winter 💪🏽 I'm eating around 2300-2500 cals a day, as well as weight training 5-6 times a week (depending on how bad the DOMS are lol) & im the most mentally happy I've been in my entire life! 💯 which in my opinion is all that matters 😊
