Whoa, mama! 💕
I am so in love with my team. No matter what stage of my journey I am in, I can find women to relate to. 😍
Going into my sixth month of pregnancy, I'm already starting to think about my postpartum journey. Because, in reality, it's gonna be here before I know it. Fortunately, I have some amazing tools and support at my fingertips.
Before I got pregnant, I had the extreme pleasure of watching my friend and teammate, Jaclyn, kick butt during pregnancy. She worked out and continued to eat right... and, now that her little babe has been welcomed into the world, is a shining example of what can be done to start feeling like your best self while you await the "okay" from your doctor to workout AFTER birth!
Jaclyn had a c-section and, obviously, needed time for her body to recover before picking up the weights and diving into a workout routine. So she zeroed in on her nutrition. She took this opportunity to jumpstart her postpartum journey and at 2 weeks PP she began our 21 Day long "Reset" Cleanse. She modified the program a little to fit her needs and to help her keep her milk supply up while breastfeeding, but you can see she still had some pretty amazing results. In just three weeks, she has given herself a solid start and foundation for the next part of her PP Journey... finally incorporating some light exercise!
Having a child is such a blessing and an amazing opportunity. Your body goes through so many changes... hormone fluctuation, making room for baby, and the birthing process. It's nice to know that health and wellness isn't just about getting back to that bikini body. It's about helping your body to heal and become the strongest version of itself. For you and for your new little one. ❤️ If you'd like some information on our Cleanse (which I will definitely be diving into in January) or some of our Prenatal and Postnatal workout programs, don't be shy! We are all in this together. Shoot me an email and I'll give you all the details on how you can be the healthiest version of YOU before, during, and after your journey to motherhood! 🤰🏼
