Our anchor.
Every month, week, day, hour that I spend here is a torture/fun thing.
This is the hardest week I'll have to manage w/ an average of 3 1/2 hours of sleep per night due work and study. Like I said: FUN sh*t.
Yesterday and today I woke up at 5am, dog tired, blood shot eyes and steeped into my gym before I had to work. Thought what the fuck am I doing? Do I just do cardio to get some blood going and wake up or do I turn around and not do anything due o fatigue.
I said, ahhh fuck it and decided to train legs today.
Hardest and most grueling to train.
Wound up having one of the best workouts I've ever had.
Grateful for my anchor.
We're all busy, we're all tired, we all got families to feed and work to get done. Whatever it is, find your anchor. Use it and protect it. It'll help bring you balance in this crazy hung we call life.
For the record, your ANCHOR does NOT have to be weird shit like big heavy machines that look like hey belong in the next SAW movie.

So, first when I came home I told myself I don't want to keep working out in my room because of the carpet, bed, etc... so I kept looking around the house where is a good place for me to workout out and practice? So then I thought . Wait! What about the baddest/ badass place in the house the garage/ hardcore basement. So when I started working out there I noticed that the garage/hardcore basement doesn't Fuck around, so yeah. Second I tried my best with the jump roping hoped you guys liked. I'm trying my best.
