A transformation 9 months in the making. I've traveled 5 times without falling off my life journey, I drink my superfoods daily, I live a #plantbased#veganlifestlye, I workout daily and every day I am one step closer to my goal and one step farther from that depression I was sinking into!
Random check in here. Yoga was hard this morning because my head wasn't in it. I was a little stabby and grumpy this morning. I had a bad for you but treat yourself meal for lunch. And it was nice. Certainly do not regret it. I came home and got shit done. Which felt freeing. I also got a notification that I get to try some @bulldogyoga classes sometime. Yay! Also , @magickmoods knows how to screw with you😂. Sometimes the stuff you see is funny and other times their shit makes you stop and think. Today was a stop and think situation. I'll work on getting my shit @magickmoods . Hope you all have a nice evening!
Good morning. Quick check in. Sitting waiting for yoga class to start. I almost stayed home. I think tomorrow I'm adding another rest day. Taking the whole weekend off. I need a break. Struggling hard. Have a good day.
DA BELLY IS RELENTLESS. 👿 😭I swear my belly and arms (and face) hold 98% of my fat! 😅 I am all for body positivity and loving yourself but damn, I do not carry weight well!! I am so excited to get these last twelve pounds off and see definition in my core for the first time in my life!! It feels so good to do good. 💓👌 . . . . Sidenote: it is still so awkward for me to post pictures like this or even have a weight loss insta. I am considering at the end of my weight loss journey, or when I feel comfortable enough, introducing myself! But for now, I'm just an anonymous chubby chick in the world trying to figure it out and hopefully help others achieve their goals. 💓 Side-side note: I have to learn how to take progress photos. I'm always so awkward looking! . .
