A transformation 9 months in the making. I've traveled 5 times without falling off my life journey, I drink my superfoods daily, I live a #plantbased#veganlifestlye, I workout daily and every day I am one step closer to my goal and one step farther from that depression I was sinking into!
At some point you realize that this journey is not just about changing your body, it's about changing your perspective. I used to be a slave to the scale, thinking that weight was the only way to see progress. In the year between these pictures, my perspective has grown and changed so much. I stopped wanting to be happy because a number, I became truly, genuinely happy with what I looked like and how I felt. Whipping into the weekend like 👊🏼 ropes are easily becoming one of my favorite exercises because of how challenging you can make them! There is a large variety of movements you can do with them and you can grade them to fit your ability! I usually do 15 seconds on of slams and whips/15 seconds off for 2 minutes. Definitely going to switch up the movements and get that sweat dripping 💦 #findingfit#goalgetter#goaldigger
"I don't understand how you could have that much progress in 13 days...there's no way it's real" ••• that's just one of the comments I received regarding my previous transformation post. And here's what I have to say about that...anything is achievable if you commit to it 100% . Hard work and perseverance leads to success and brings rewards. If you don't work hard you won't achieve your goals. Actions yield results, those results reflect whether your actions & choices are good or bad. The point of this is that lazy people will question your hard work & you should not let that make you feel bad. Day 17/21 👊🏻 ONLY 4 MORE DAYS!!!!! . Today was really hard for me honestly. My leg muscles are all tight so everything felt that much harder to do PLUS today I did some moves 🆄🅽🅼🅾🅳🅸🅵🅸🅴🅳!!! They might not be perfect form but this is HUGE for me ❤️ . When I started my journey I couldn't even lift my body off the floor, I could barely do a burpee, let alone a walking plank!!! && I did some of them. Some moves I would try and then when I couldn't I would just start modifying . I use to be so embarrassed that I modified. I see people killing these moves and me struggling to even do the modifier but I finally have gotten out of that negative 👎🏻 space . Who cares if I have to modify the modifier... at least I'm getting up and doing it!!! At least I am getting stronger with every workout. . Is it hard working out?? Heck yes it is But it's also HARD AF being fat!!! Chose your hard 👊🏻 . Walking around everyday with a fat apron is not the business, working out 🏋🏻 with a fat apron is not easy (it literally gets in the way of you couldn't tell in the video) but I am working on it . This is my least favorite workout because I SUCK at any upper body workouts like push up and holding myself up. I literally have to modify the modifier...But hey at least I'm TRYING . &&& that's how you get results by throwing away the excuses and actually TRYING 💪🏻 . One day I will be able to do a workout without a modifier but I am not going to beat myself up about it for now ✌🏻❤️ . **I love the positive example we are for these kids... look at the baby 👶🏻 run to get his weights 😍
