The lifestyle I’ve recently found works wonders for me. I’m really taking things slow, and calling it the 90/10 rule. (Or even 80/20 rule depending on the week I’m having😆)
90% of the time I really try to focus on what I eat. Lower carbs, high fat, high protein. But some days I get bad cravings for sweets. And instead of feeling guilty, I’ve indulged and moved on. And I’m still losing weight!
This seems to be the only way I can control my binge eating. If I get too restrictive I seem to fail over and over again. It’s such a frustrating process!!!
It’s funny how different we all are, and how we respond to different foods and diets. As long as we support and help each other, it doesn’t matter the way you choose to achieve your goals. We are all in it together. ❤️
