Good health goes beyond just physical health. In order to be physically, mentally and spiritually fit, we must:
* Let our bodies rest. Today is active recovery day for my FASTer Way ladies. We are giving our bodies time to recover and become stronger for the week ahead.
* Let go of negative self talk and stop dwelling on past “failures.” Shift the narrative to the positive and focus on things that you can control.
* Rest in the promises and word of the Lord. For me, this is where I find my strength, identity, and purpose.
Rest, be kind to yourself and fill up your cup. I’ve learned over the years that it’s impossible to serve the ones I love well if I am trying to pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself also, so you can take care of others!
