If you know what @traderjoes cookie butter cookies are, and you know I ate 5 last night, you'd probably say #worthit 😎 No ya shouldn't be doing that every day. But going over your macros a few times a week isn't going to make you lose all your progress. Just like eating one salad isn't going to all of a sudden make you #HEALTH 👩🏼🌾 So if you're like me and ya went a little off track yesterday, get back to normal today. Don't put yourself in that vicious cycle where you starve yourself the next day. That's going to make you hungrier and eventually lead to a binge (been there, many of us have). Just hop back on track like you know how to do and you'll level out in no time.
