I just felt like getting a good old fashioned arm pump after my shoulder workout by doing dropsets ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Drop sets are a great mass building technique where you perform an exercise and then drop (reduce) weight and continue for more reps until failure.

Static holds (per side) for some freaky 3D deltsss. Hold your left arm still in this position, while bringing the other one back and forth for 10-12 reps and switch sides.

Example of what I eat in a day ๐Ÿ˜Š*
M1: lettuce, cucumber and green beans, with almonds and chicken mince
M2: oatmeal made with water and soy isolate protein (vanilla flavor) and a salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber
M3: whole wheat tortizza with tomato puree, chicken thighs and onion and a salad of lettuce, red bell pepper, pickles and tomato
M4: chicken mince with spinach and almonds
*Excl. pre workout protein shake and post workout snack.
