M1: lettuce, cucumber and green beans, with almonds and chicken mince
M2: oatmeal made with water and soy isolate protein (vanilla flavor) and a salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber
M3: whole wheat tortizza with tomato puree, chicken thighs and onion and a salad of lettuce, red bell pepper, pickles and tomato
M4: chicken mince with spinach and almonds
