Glute and hiit day with @nan_cia 😊. As requested here is one of my full leg workouts. I train legs 3x a week and I get all of my workouts from my coach @codywatkinsfitness. I just got a new workout update so I'm excited to try them all out this week 🙌🏼. Before prep I did @diegodelatorre_fit crazy workouts but my body can't keep up with that style of training while I'm in a deficit. I literally feel like my body will snap and crumble if I attempt anything close to my old prs 😂👵🏻. Even though I miss doing those long intense powerlifting/power building workouts I've noticed I'm able to activate and strengthen my weaker muscles with the workouts I'm doing for prep. I'm hoping by the time I'm done and able to eat more food I will be able to improve my squat and deadlift game 🙏🏼. Leg workout👇🏼 • single leg squats on smith machine • abduction machine aka "bad girl" • lying hamstring curl superset with hip thrusts (feet close together) • lying hamstring curl superset with hip thrusts (feet shoulder length apart) • leg press (single leg) • abduction machine aka "good girl" superset with step ups. We went as heavy as we could go for the reps that were given which ranged any where from 8-12 to 15-20 depending on the exercise. This doesn't look like much written out by my glutes are STILL sore lol.
