#ThrowBack to those lean contest prep conditioning in Sep "16 olympia. Head is so big it's almost my waist size lol 😂. I get women asking me questions how to obtain a small waist. Well there are several factors👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
1. Genetics - How small or how wide your waist is it's mainly your natural structure. Hints why some people still have a wider waist even at their leanest comparing to someone else at a higher body % level
2. Diet- When I gain weight the first place it goes to is my mid section. So my waist size fluctuates depending on how lean I get n how much water I carry🤷🏽♀️
3. Abs training- if u already had a wide waist and u do heavy abs training specially obliques it's only going to make it worst. Stay away from that! Lol 🙅🏽
4. Illusion- u can create an illusion of a "smaller" waist by having a wider back- more quads sweep and glutes. .
