Face to face Tuesday. I found this gem going through Stoney’s baby pictures on his bday. And as I know it’s right after I had a baby. But, i really don’t care what anyone’s opinion is Bc baby weight is still weight and getting it off isn’t easy. I gained 69lbs with that particular pregnancy and going from 112 to 181 in 9 months is hard on ones body. That was 9 months of eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant daily. Yes. Every. Single. Day. The waiter would have my Mountain Dew and Jake’s Dr Pepper at our table when walked in. We would get a large cheese dip, mild salsa, at least 3 baskets of chips and our lunch meal (9/10 times a polo fundido for me 🤤) .
I actually didn’t lose all of my baby weight after the second pregnancy. It wasn’t until after my 3rd and I hit a rock bottom and decided to starve myself thin that it finally came off. .
I don’t recommend that. Bc it all came back when I started back eating again. .
Then I found Beachbody, 21 day fix, and portion containers. .
Daily exercise, eating clean foods, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water... taking care of myself in general is what my life has become. Yes, I still visit my favorite Mexican restaurant 💕 and have chips and cheese dip but, #moderation 😉👌🏼 .
