My supplement family!! I made a few new awesome recipes yesterday but forgot to take photos. However, good food is just one of the four pillars to #fightingdisease along with stress management, rest and TARGETED supplementation! I say ‘targeted’ as this is more than picking up a generic multivitamin - it’s about seeing an holistic specialist or nutritionalist and doing testing (even ones not run by your GP) to work out what your particular needs are! For me, this includes:
• Tyrosine, selenium and iodine to support thyroid function
• Milkthistle for liver function
• SB Pro, Astragalus and Bacopa for gut and immune system health
• Activated B vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron and Magnesium as my body is a vitamin hog and needs a bit extra to function properly.
It looks like a lot, but everything has its purpose and it’s place in helping me reverse #autoimmunedisease and heal from 18 years of damage! I get excited by looking at this stash and knowing the wonderful benefits I’ve felt from each one ❤️
