Train with a purpose. Today was the start of the Saturday Minyan. We give honor in the form of sweat, training until we find existential enlightenment. With Saturday training focused towards Krav Maga, it only makes sense that we do a variation of "Fight Gone Bad". Glute bridge dumbbell press, renegade row, goblet squats, box jumps, and rower. 60 seconds each, no rest between exercises. Three rounds, with 60 seconds rest between rounds.
Big shout out to Matt for joining and putting in work. And of course, it's not a workout until you take the selfie after.
