What is ((BOUNCE)) is I hear you ask? 🙋🏼 👂🏽 Fitness on mini-trampolines, also known as 'Rebounding'. Here at ((BOUNCE)) we provide fun, friendly, and fierce dance-choreographed high intensity workouts that are programmed to gain rapid results via high intensity interval training.
Doctors, Physio's, Occupational Therapists and Osteopaths recommend using rebounders as a safe form of exercise for those with and health issues. Scientifically it is proven to be suitable for anyone with joint problems (knees, ankles, back etc) plus elderly participants with brittle bones as the trampoline absorbs a whopping 87% of shock!
