Long term goal in the next 2-3 years is to achieve an free fat mass index of 25 and progress in key weight lifts and achieve personal bests, this long term process is along side enjoying various sports too as I feel we should enjoy ourselves and have fun too.
Lastly, scales are just a tool to measure which direction you’re progressing, it is not the most important thing though, how you look in the mirror will never deceive or lie. Measure via scales, measurements and visually. #bodyreach #patienceisavirtue
