Not bad for an old fat white dude. Do you even fitness? Fat free mass consists of organs, skin, bone, muscle, basically everything other than fat. Now, having 22 pounds of fat mass doesn't mean I need to lose 22 pounds. The lowest my fat could be without endangering my health is 6%, which is 11.7 pounds. And the maximal lean weight I could attain where my FFMI=25 is 173 pounds, with 11 pounds fat. So I'm doing pretty good for a guy who drinks bourbon like water lol. My ultimate goal for natural bodybuilding. To achieve an FFMI (fat free mass index) of 25. I am under no illusions that this is the be all, end all. But like most trackers; measurements, weighing in and pictures it provides feedback on progression. It’s been my goal for almost 3 years now to reach 25 from a starting point of 19. This June I’ll have been properly naturally bodybuilding for 3 years.

At a whopping height of 5.8.5, 184 pounds and a body fat of around 12-13% I’m at 24.2-24.4 and as hungry as ever to achieve my maximum potential!!!

Long term goal in the next 2-3 years is to achieve an free fat mass index of 25 and progress in key weight lifts and achieve personal bests, this long term process is along side enjoying various sports too as I feel we should enjoy ourselves and have fun too.

Just came back from an evening jog, weight at 237.2ibs whilst being slightly dehydrated, my morning weight should be around ~235ilbs without footwear and adequate hydration.

Based on my height of 5'10 and bodyfat percentage which was measured at ~19% three months ago when i weighed 232 ilbs [20-24% being average for males and 10-15% lean being athlete territory], my FFMI ratio [Fat Free Mass Index] is 27.4 adjusted which puts me out of the upper boundary of what is naturally possible, which is 25 so there might be some inherent flaws with this ratio or my physician measured my bodyfat wrong and a better range might be 19-24%. Overall, FFMI is a much better health measure for individuals who workout as compared to the BMI, BMI is seriously a limited ratio and takes no consideration of muscle mass.

STOP 🛑, I repeat STOP 🛑 doing the old way by stepping on the scale for your “digits.” Weigh ins nowadays are not measure by weight scale but also fat percentage and the FFMI (fat free muscle index) THE FFMI is also another tool into help identify those who are on anabolic cycles. Like I said in my TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY video... there are boundaries of how the male & female physique can look.
P.S. I bet you if I did the numbers on these top bodybuilders/physique/fitness competitors that they would have significantly more muscle on them than they can natural do. They enhance people, straight up...
