Another fab fermentation workshop yesterday!
Another 5 lovely ladies inspired to start their own fermentation journey and another 3 scobies off to new homes!!
Always so difficult to remember to take photos during a workshop so I put together some of the delicious foods and drinks we enjoyed and took a photo this morning!
I had to make new dips, they were all scoffed yesterday!! We sampled many flavours of kombucha, water kefir, green coconut kefir smoothies, 3 different krauts, 4 dips, beetroot & walnut with fermented garlic, Kimchi wild garlic houmous, smoked aubergine with fermented garlic & kefir cheese with fermented Moroccan Garlic Paste!
Also pea, coconut & mint soup with a coconut kefir swirl, 2 types of sourdough and some beetroot bliss bites!
We also squeezed in a wee beauty session with kefir oatmeal scrubs!
Then I'm happy to say I sat out and enjoyed the sunshine!! I have one place left on my Fermentation Workshop on Sat 19th May if anyone is interested!
