Local loves look what's happening this Thursday at 6.30pm! The gorgeous Kristen from @kristenpavezhealth is running a fermentation workshop @stackwood_ and will teach you how to make your own sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and more.
And there you have it. This is my first #brew using #grains and my first #oatmeal#stout. The smell of chocolate #espresso was incredible. A real challenge but a learning and fun experience. My new equipment from @coolbrewing should help keep my #fermentation temperature consistent. Check those guys out.
Second batch of sourdough rye bread using @gristandtoll flours. This time the surface shows a lot of bubbling so maybe I didn't shape the loaves enough to tighten the exterior? Decent air bubbles inside but would like them to rise more. Advice welcomed. #sourdough#bread#fermentation#homebaking
