I am 45 yrs old, and am able move around better than most 20yr olds. Teens even. Yikes. 🤘🏼TGU works stability, mobility, flexibility, focus, and proprioception(perception on one's own body movement) ya gotta keep your eye on the bell, no mirrors.
Yes it is possible to avoid weight gain but you have to follow the following steps to do so: 🔹 Workout in the Morning! 🔹Don’t deprive yourself 🔹Don’t stuff yourself to the point of pain 🔹Eat everything in moderation 🔹EAT BREAKFAST 🔹 Fiber fills you up so eat the vegetables first 🔹Eat Slowly 🔹Drink Water the WHOLE day 🔹 Wait 20 minuets before going back for seconds if you decide to have some 🔹 Go for a 30 min walk or do something active after you finish eating instead of napping 🔹 Help in the kitchen because cooking and cleaning burns calories 🙌🏾 🔹 Never feel guilty Can you handle this?
