CHEST DAY should NOT be skipped! Starting to really enjoy chest day, mostly because those front delts are feeling it after! 😈 I often hear females say they don't want to train chest because they don't want their boobs to get small- FALSE. What would make you lose size in your chest would be fat loss which comes with a caloric deficit over time no matter what you are training! This workout was majority high volume with dropsets 4x15 superset with a dropset of AMRAP. Making that mind-muscle connection really focusing on squeezing my chest! #feeltheburn 🔥

With core I don't necessarily go for specific reps but more so just go until my core burns out (which is typically pretty quickly lol). I definitely need more work in this department and have to remind myself to incorporate it more frequently. Try some of these out next time you're working on some core- ouchie!

Want to see more growth in the 🍑?? Make sure you really recruit the glute in all your BOOTY targeted exercises. One leg/GLUTE day favorite is the ROPE PULL THROUGH. Traditionally, this exercise focuses on the hamstrings, which is all good for the leg day gainz, butt (pun fully intended 😉) if you want to engage your GLUTES, move the pulley up about a foot off of the ground and SQUEEZE at the top of each rep! So this picture was taken a little less than a month ago when I finished my 12 week plan + words can't express how happy I am with the 12 week plan I did with #shedfat. I plan on redoing it soon + pushing myself harder to stick to the meal plan, which I found really hard to do because I love my mom's cooking + it was very hard for me to say no to it. I did fairly well but I know I can do better. I'm still training, ++ Will never stop because training isn't because I want to fit in my pants better or whatever. I train because it's what I love to do. People ask why + how I wake up at 5 AM ++ how I'm not tired. Tbh, if I skip a day that's not my normal rest day (aka sundays) I'm exhausted. My whole routine is out of whack + my body just feels so dead. I train because ever since I started training, I feel good in my own skin + I never want to lose that feeling of escaping the negativity of the world + just loving myself, pushing myself to my limits + more.

I am so proud of how far you've come mentally and physically! It all starts with the mindset and i am def happy with the changes you've made thus far.
