Happy day 1 to me!!!! Got the all clear from my OB yesterday at my 6week pp appointment. I can’t tell you the level of joy after pushing play for the first time in forever!!!! I decided to start with T25 cardio because I knew it inside and out. I slowed it way down and modified A LOT to accommodate all the postpartum and diastasis recti restrictions, and had to ace my right knee 3minutes into it because I’m in terrible shape 👵🏼😂 BUT I feel full of energy and positivity, as if I’m awake on purpose and not just going thru the motions to survive the day. I already feel stronger. For the first time in a long time I feel like myself! Big post workout meal and lots of water to keep up my milk supply! Happy Saturday everyone!!!!
